Absolutely not! Quotes can be given from the information received. Should there be anything other additional needs that what was described, I'll will be happy to price out on-sight.

Cleaning supplies are included and I will do our best to accommodate any special requests.

Scheduling Questions

Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee same-day bookings.

It’s completely up to you. If you’re not going to be home, make sure you let me know how to access your house.

Yes, most of the time. However, I allow a one-hour window due to traffic and weather circumstances. In scenarios where it looks like I could be late, I will be contact you to let you know my estimated time of arrival.

You are not charged until after the cleaning has been completed.

No, you can cancel service anytime without any penalties. You don’t have to commit to any contracts or pre-determined number of appointments.
